"A place called xiangdu" is the theme song of the animated cartoon "Marco Polo returns to xiangdu". It shows the magnificent story in the beautiful melody, and with Marco Polo's voyage, it also shows the local customs of the world.

Suggestion on teaching：

The music video can be used as in lead-in part in the first reading lesson in this unit, or in the last session of this unit, in order to show and let students feel the real natural scenery of Yuan Dynasty directly and the courage, wisdom and determination of Macro Polo.
